Although I had to wait to be seen as it was busy. I was dealt with in a highly professional, efficient and considerate way.

Our assistant Natalie was very helpful without being intrusive. She took us through the order and delivery process in an efficient and friendly manner. We left the store feeling that we had spent time with a new friend.

Elizabeth was amazing. I work as a customer service trainer and therefore know how customers should be treated. We were given plenty of time and every chance to lay on many different beds. She offered lots of advice and was very attentive. I noticed that you use paragon as a routing system as does my company. The only issue we has was finding a suitable delivery date but as i say, i know paragon. Elizebeth was amazing. She explained the entire transaction and even made us a coffee. She is an asset to your business and we have already sent two other couples in her direction.

I was not accosted by members of staff so I was able to browse at my leisure. Staff very helpful and friendly when approached to make a purchase.

Got everything we were looking for and considering we ordered on a Friday evening the delivery date was only a couple of days away.

The response to my phone call was quick and the person answering very polite & helpful, the delivery of the item by 2 young men was again carried out brilliantly no problems would be happy to shop here again . BGW

I had all the assistance I needed plus a cup of tea and everything explained about the product we were buying very helpful indeed.
