Dreams - Torquay

I had visited other stores to look at mattresses but felt that I was welcomed into your Torquay store and given the time and advice I needed to make a decision about the best value and quality mattress to meet my needs. I was not made to feel under any pressure to buy straight away but to think about what I was being offered. I went away to consider each stores offer and on balance what I was shown at your store was superior to the others and the staff member had been polite and helpful so I did not hesitate to return to the store to make my purchase.

The assistant. Was more than helpfull, pleasant and extremely understanding and caring.

Elizabeth was most helpful and knowledgeable and understood my needs. I was impressed with the free delivery time and pleased my old mattress could be taken away

I found the assistant was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She asked what my needs were and then showed me the different mattresses that were suitable for my requirements and was able to explain the differences.

The only problem I wanted 2 series 1 mattresses but only had 1 mattress in store staff unable not aware if they would have another or date one delivered. Staff friendly and helpful

Very friendly helpful staff that did not pressure us but gave assistance and advice. Ordering was easy & we were offered the interest free credit which has made ordering the beds much easier on our finances. We were given plenty of time to try out the beds to find the perfect one.

magnus the salesman was great good knolage of products and very very helpful

I was seen by Magnus at the Torquay shop the day prior to placing my order and he gave me excellent service with no pressure at all. The next day I placed my order with a very helpful and pleasant sales woman who was equally pleasant to deal wth. She offered us both coffees which were an excellent flavour!! I was also given a green bag to put the old mattress in on collection. All aspects of my shopping and buying experience was perfect and I just hope that the delivery and associated services I have paid for fully come up to my expectations on the delivery date.
