Dudley was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. We weren’t sure where to start but Dudley guided us to what we needed quickly and efficiently. Really pleased with the experience we had in store.

Jenny introduced herself, explained all the offers efficiently.The mattresses were nicely displayed, all the information needed was clearly displayed also.The store was clean and tidy

We went to dreams to find a new mattress and as soon as we got into the store we were helped by the member of staff. He was very helpful though out and had good knowledge of the products and helped us find the mattress that suited us best.

We were really impressed with our experience at Dreams Torquay, and in particular our sales assistant Jenny, who assisted us on both occasions we attended the store. She was really patient when explaining our various options to us, helped us choose what mattress suits us best via Sleepmatch, and was clearly knowledgable about the products. When we returned later in the week to make our order, Jenny remembered us and what our requirements were. She made the ordering process really efficient, explaining all finance options, and did this all whilst being friendly to our two toddlers! A brilliant experience, and one that has made Dreams our go-to bed shop.

The assistant was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She was happy to spend time speaking to us and explaining the different types of mattresses. She was patient with me as I waffled on about my dissatisfaction of the mattress I currently own. She arranged collection of the old mattress. The transaction was expedited efficiently and the whole experience was painless, enjoyable and efficient. Well done!

Very helpful assistants. Good knowledge of products. Clean tidy store. Very willing to spend time helping but also willing to allow for free movement around the store so that choices could be made without being pressured.

Friendly staff. Wasn’t pressured into buying something. Prices and offers were fully explained before agreeing to purchase. I wasn’t keen on the mattresses recommended by the machine, wasn’t told that the machine knows best and staff member showed me around alternatives. Super happy with my visit.

Our visit to dreams was nothing short of perfection!, we were, at all times given guidance and information about the products we were purchasing without feeling pressured in the slightest!. If we asked a question the assistant did his upmost to answer it. We were never followed around the store or pestered, as with other stores we've been to, but the assistant would be willing to help us in any way possible if we asked. Overall a fantastic experience!. Well done that man!.

We went in looking for a mattress that suited us both the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about your products we where directed to the sleep easy machine which was super techno. Once we had completed the test the sales assistant showed us all the different choices the machine had recommended he spent time with us trying out all of the recommendations until we decided which we wanted to purchase.
