Upon entering the store the assistant was with us in minutes and led us through the purchase of the pillow and ordering the correct mattress for our needs, also the all important delivery and collection of our old mattress at the same time. Very satisfied

We were in search of a specific item which the sales assistant was able to show us and offered us alternatives to consider. Her knowledge and friendliness was excellent. A most positive experience.

The assistant gave the impression he knew what he was talking about; the fact that there was a sale at the time; the time to delivery - when these were taken as a whole, I couldn't help be highly satisfied.

Very good customer service. Greeted us as soon as we walked into the shop, very helpful assistant who was also very knowledgeable of the product we was looking for, he answered our questions but also gave us time and space to discuss and make are own decisions without pushing us into a sale.

Dreams assistant, Matthew , was really welcoming, took me straight to tempur mattress as I asked. Explained this was the new generation wiith stay cool technology. Also showed me beds as I expressed an interest but what I really liked was I didn't feel any impatience or hard sell tactics even though I'm a ditherer . Would recommend Dreams to anyone.
