The Lady who looked after us was very helpful, not putting us under pressure. But was very knowledgeable, nothing was touch trouble.. A very nice lady, good at her job.

The visit today was very pleasant and would go back again if I needed to. My order didn't take long and the Dreams Colleague who served me was friendly and got my order done quickly.

Although the time of our visit was at the end of the day & on the last day of the sale, staff we very helpful & a DREAM to deal with. My wife is registered blind & they went out of their way to answer any questions she had.

Natalie was so friendly and helpful and made the whole experience of buying a bed very easy I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends.

We initially called in to only look at headboards, however we spent much time in the store Natalie Knowles discussing pillows. Her knowledge was impressive and when leaving the store we casually enquired about the tv beds and their quality and reliability. Again Natalie had the time and desire to help resulting in us buying a tv bed and suitable Tempur mattress. She was able to negotiate a favourable deal. She devoted time to establishing and meeting our needs by using her knowledge skill in a customer friendly manner making us feel special

From the moment we walked into Dreams in Torquay, Stephen was a great help and couldn’t have asked for a nicer more helpful person to help us choose the bed for us. Would recommend anyone to visit him in this store. Thank you Stephen!
