The helpfulness of the staff, and their knowledge was excellent.

Natalie offered me all the respect I would hope that you would offer as training to other Stores including most of the large Stores in London in how to treat people. I was treated with much respect. Natalie discussed my requirements and only then began to show me beds. There was no rush for me to take the first offered. Time was given for me to reflect. Much time was offered and the construction of the bed was carefully explained. Eventually a choice was made by myself even then Natalie got me to consider my purchase going back over the options offered- this was to make sure I had chosen the right option. Delivery I had been expecting a couple of weeks at least, but to be given a delivery date only 1 week ahead was really very "out of this World". May I commend you in having a fine Sales Consultant at Torquay

I was looked after exceptionally well by Natalie in the Torquay store. I felt valued, respected and courteously dealt with as a customer with a bit so easy order. I had cause to speak to head office customer service and my care continued in that department too. I cannot praise the team highly enough, especially Natalie, you are lucky to have her as an employee.
