once i entered the store i was asked if i needed any help which i accepted i found the assistant to be very knowledgable about the products and this is the reason i made my purchase

Elizebeth was fantastic we came in not sure with what we wanted but left completely satisfied with our visit. Steve who helped me was very knowledgable about Dreams products, extremely helpful and very polite. Well laid out store and an incredible selection under one roof.

The assistant was friendly and remembered me from a previous visit. She was knowledgeable about the bed I was buying.

Steve was extremely helpful, not at all pushy and gave me several options to help me make my final decisions , as I was buying mattresses for myself and my sons and 2 bed bases and headboards, so a lot to think about!

Steve helped us on our two visits to the store and his knowledge was second to none. He listened to what we wanted and directed us to the beds that met these requirement's which saved us time. He explained everything fully and left us to try the beds on our own so we didn't feel rushed with our choices. We order on our second visit two days later and Steve didn't rush us and processed the order quickly and efficiently. We left knowing we had a delivery date secured that suited us and in time for Christmas.

Steve and Natalie where both great during my visits to your Torquay store. Both had great knowlegde and customer care skills. They helped me to make the right choice wth both bed frame and mattress. Ordering was easy and delivery fast. Very happy overall with my first experience with dreams.
