Staff was nice not pushy Had exactly what I wanted for sons bed It was quick easy and carried mattress to car The employee who helped me showed me exactly what I asked for instead of trying to upgrade me which would have made me go somewhere else I got a dead cheap mattress and my son said it’s soooo comfortable I’m a small girl but has no trouble carrying it in house and swapping mattress
