The manager, Elizabeth, listened carefully to what our needs were and came up with a number of alternatives that could fit the bill. She then took time showing us each of the the bed types, matresses etc. We felt under no pressure to buy from her and she was polite and helpful throughout. We were left having every confidence with our purchase.
