The day before visiting the store I looked at the Dreams website and was given the opportunity to 'chat online'. The most important thing to me was that my old mattress be taken away. They assured me that this would be the case for a small charge which I am very happy to pay. Please note a local rival store doesn't offer this so I didn't even bother to go there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even patted my dog which of course he loved. Very satisfied. My bed should be delivered on Tuesday, weather permitting of course. Thank you

On arrival to your store being our second visit of the week.we were approached by staff member Natalie,she was fully understanding of our needs after telling her we both have back problems.we tried the Tempura range on our previous visit and very impressed.Time for our decision this trip,Natalie went over many options we tried a couple and settled on our choice.
