Extremely helpful and made the experience an enjoyable one after having problems online. Looked after myself and my 7 year old son extremely well. Nothing was to much of a problem. Will keep coming back.

Stephen who served us was extremely helpful, not pushy, and took great pains to ensure we would be satisfied with our choice. HE SHOWED SEVERAL OPTIONS AND EXPLAINED EACH ONE.

Sales assistant had all her time specifically for us. Every question explained. Blue badge vat discount available which she dealt with, so relieving us of more paperwork. Even offered a delicious coffee.

The store had easy parking, was clean, bright & the staff were very helpful & friendly. We were offered a cup of tea/ coffee & Elizabeth, the Dreams college was very knowledgeable and polite.

The sales person was very attentive, and did her job as it should be done. We were unhurried, and were able, with the help of the sales person, (Elizabeth) to take our time in making up our mind.Apart from paying for the goods, it was a pleasant experience!
