The assist Steve was so very knowledgeable and was able to give direction on how to take a pillow whilst trying out the beds. He even made me a cup of tea. Took my coat and kept it safe by the office. Allowed me to use the toilet as l spent at least 2hr in store. Revisited me he observed l may need support.

The assistant was helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy and left us to make are own decisions in our own time .

The sales assistants were non-pushy and listened to our needs. They gave us time to try various products and explain the differences. Coffee was very welcoming too.

Customer service was of an exceptional standard even the new learner went out of his way to help and it was nice to see that senior members of staff were tutoring him but not at the expense of the customer service that deserves the most praise as that is no small feat and is a credit to your company.

we had been to several other stores before making our purchase. We actually bought different to what we were looking for after recommendation from your staff The only slight hiccup was the delay in delivery.

Friendly staff approached me quickly to offer help and then were happy to wait and ignore me whilst I tried nearly every mattress within my price range before I made a selection or asked for help. This process can't be hurried and staff that lurk around are most off putting when you are already under pressure to choose something that is comfortable! when i was ready the staff took my order quickly and efficiently and made me a hot drink whilst ordering-well done, quite painless after all!

Your assistant gaeve us her attention immediately we entered your store. Her knowledge of your products was excellent and she knows the whereabouts of everything we required
