Everything was handled in a way that customers would expect, your customer service training must either be very good, or you select staff who are enthusiastic about customer service :)

The assistance was not forced upon me but offered in such a friendly manner I felt encouraged to stay and browse. The knowledge of the assistance was excellent and clear. I had not intended to purchase but felt happy enough to buy. Would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Due to my wife being registered blind the salesman went out of his way to ensue everything was explained to her & whilst walking around the showroom made sure she didn’t walk into items like clear plastic display stands

The sales assistant(Dudley) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us what time we needed to try the mattresses(several times!) and didn't put undue pressure on us to buy. He understood our needs.
