The sales assistant Stepthen knows the trade inside out He has all the answers to your Questions He is attentive But not pushy,he makes you feel at home & relaxed.

The bed was just what I was looking for and the price was right.

Natalie was very pleasant and left us to look at our own pace but came to check periodically if we were ok. When we had decided which bed we would like she was there to answer any questions we had and the paying process was very efficient . We were offered a drink as well which was nice and unexpected .

Went in to store for a mattress, found one it was in stock paid and left feeling happy. Friendly staff in store nice store lay out.

Steve was very helpful, took an interest in our needs. Once deciding the "firmness" we would need steve showed us several, mattresses encouraging us to lay on each one before deciding & to take our time. Excellant service.

We were served by Steve who spent a long time explaining things to us about various mattress' and bed frames. He was very knowledgable and extremely patient in helping us to find the right bed for us.
