Dreams - Torquay

I perused the shop and looked at a few beds I was just making some visual inquiries. The sales person came to me and asked if he could help. My first response was to say NO but the sales person looked so professional that I started to ask some question. Steve the sales person answered all my questions so well that I was relaxed enough to immediately place an order. Something I do not normally do.

We were treated very well by an assistant named Natalie. She gave us all the information we needed and was very pleasant. Made the whole experience straight forward.

The main reason was the professionalism of the shop assistant (Stephen - Torquay) who took care of us. He was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable of the product but never pushy with the sale. We were shown a very wide range of products and each was explained to us in great detail and we were gently guided by Stephens advice. The shop was well arranged and the different types of mattresses and their individual construction was clearly detailed.

Stephen who helped us today was fantastic, his product knowledge was brilliant and really helped us in getting the bed we needed and without his help we would have been totally lost! He helped us get everything we needed at a great price, very happy customers!

Upon entering the store we were greeted by a lady and asked what we were looking for today. We explained we needed a new mattress for our bed and she was happy to answer the questions we had. She explained all about the different types of mattresses available to us and allowed us to try till we found one we liked. We then took a seat and was offered a drink whilst they dealt with our order. Whilst there we were offered the option of adding additional extras to our order like pillows, disposal of old mattress, assembly of new and bed cover protection. Our experience was very pleasurable and would visit again

I was very satisfied with the service in store, which allowed me to quickly identify a suitable mattress at an affordable price and size. It was particularly good to be able to lie on the mattress to see if it was comfortable before making a decision, something which is impossible for purchases made online. The staff member in store was helpful and friendly, as was the delivery team (Dan and Matt) who even removed shoes before entering the flat, installed the mattress where it had to go and removed the plastic packaging. Altogether a very satisfactory experience and made me realise that buying off-line is not always a good idea as I was replacing an almost new mattress bought elsewhere online, without first trying it. I would highly recommend Dreams for sales/service/delivery and product quality.

I ordered a mattress online with another company and found it too soft although it was described as medium-firm. I therefore was looking for a firmer mattress for a 4ft bed and visited several other outlets and was horrified by the price and lack of stock for that size. I visited Dreams and was delighted to find what I was looking for at a price I could afford. The salesman was very helpful and friendly and it was all sorted out very quickly.

The minute i walked through the door, i felt comfortable. The staff were knowledgable and informative but not pushy which is why i walked out of other bed shops. Good explanations to my questions and a quick easy purchase even with the amount of paperwork because of how much the staff knew.
