Sales reps Elizabeth & her female coworker not only remembered us from our first purchase over a year ago they also recalled what we ordered and also what our friend ordered. It made selecting our newest mattress much easier and they up-sold is to an even better mattress this time. We were in and out of the store in no time. They gave us a mattress protector gratis as well.

We were approached by a very knowledgeable lady and totally understood what we wanted and the price we wanted to pay. She then showed us our options.

Natalie from the Torquay branch approached as I walked in the door with a friendly face. I informed her what I was looking for and she showed me the mattresses available. Once i made a purchace a friendly male helped me get the purchase into my car. All in all a great experience. I even managed to get a free pillow which made my day ..!! Dreams are great.. Will definitely recommend to friends and return when I need another new mattress

The staff member who served me Gary was very friendly and had an excellent knowledge of the beds and which would suit me best. The delivery service was exceptional as well with time frames and unloading my bed.
