Steve in the Torquay store was excellent, not pushing any products but extremely knowledgable about the items we were interested in. More than happy to help and was also honest about the pros and cons of different mattresses and bed frames, not trying to sell us something that would not be suitable for us just to get a sale. Very friendly and approachable, the whole experience in store was a pleasure, will definitely recommend Dreams to anyone looking for beds or mattresses. Can’t comment on the delivery and construction of our new bed as it has yet to arrive, but if the delivery people are as good as the service we have received so far we will be very happy.

The lady assistant was extremely pleasant, not pushy at all, gave us plenty of time to look around, and - when we needed assistance - was informative and confident. We felt happy that the mattress chosen was good quality & good value.
