We had originally called to the shop next door and only wandered in on the off chance. It has been in the back of our minds to change our Tempur mattress. Once we were greeted and helped by Natalie we pretty much sure that we would buy from Dreams.

Very helpful staff, didn't try to rush us but there when we needed him.

Customer service was excellent, very informative about products and very friendly. Helped find the right product we needed and at a great price.

New from past experience we wanted to replace our old Tempur mattresses. Knew Dreams to be close to our home. Also whilst looking for furniture in various stores noted the prices for Tempur matresses and found Dreams to be the best. Also needed to get our bedroom recarpeted and a Bed built as our stairs are very narrow. The quoted delivery date fitted in very well with our schedule. Also supplied two excellent latte's while we chatted.

Both sales assistants that I dealt with were knowledgable and helpful, really good service

Steve gave excellent help and advice. the items we wanted were available and could be delivered on the exact date we needed them.

We were given quick service as soon as we entered the store and shown all the relevant beds that we were looking for. Also details on the specific bed that we wanted. Then we were left to browse at our leisure and try out the feel which we liked. Then when we had made our choice the service continued with extra information on optional extras that were available.

Natalie, (our Sales Assistant), was informative and very professional and actually listened to what we wanted and didn't appear to be just 'chasing a sale'. She explained everything very well and treated us with respect, we do believe Natalie is an asset to your company.

Found a bed that was jusr right for my daughter and at a sale price!!!! went on to buy myself a bed as wellVery very helpful and friendly staff all smiling
