Excellent customer service from Elizebeth who got us a fantastic deal on a beautiful bed and mattress.

Steve was very helpful and listened to what we required as it was a bed for a second bedroom which will not be used daily. He did not try and sell us an expensive bed and mattress.

The gentleman was completely amazing very informative and very helpful...I could not have been happier with the service provided..his name was Steve and he was a really polite gentleman and helped us no end...a great guy working for your company...could not speak more highly of him

We were greeted when entering the store and were provided with excellent advice by the Dreams Colleague, Steve, who made sure he understood our requirements and gave appropriate guidance. We were left to test the mattresses and make our own choice without feeling pressurised.
