The store assistant Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us to make up our minds on which mattress to purchase.

We were able to chose the bed frame and headboard we really wanted and are hoping that we managed to chose a mattress to suit us both. There were so many to chose from

Magnus in the Torquay branch was such a lovely person, knowledgeable, pleasant and polite and not pushy. It can be quite daunting walking into a store full of beds/mattresses and wondering which will be the best for comfort/pocket but Magnus instantly put me at ease and helped throughout the buying process.

Me and my partner were extremely happy with the experience we had with Steve at dreams in Torquay. He was lovely and kind with a lot of knowledge on all the beds we looked at. He was patience with the application form as it took longer than expected and made us feel at ease and comfortable during our time in the store. We were able to have a laugh with Steve whilst waiting for our application to go through, he also made us drinks and kept us up to date with what was happening with the finance company. Very very happy with our choice of bed and the customer service.

Great advice from Elizebeth our dream colleague, very helpful, offered and provided tea and coffee, buying experience was very friendly, she went above and beyond to explain all the options available. Provided mattress protector and pillows.

Purchased our mattress from Stephen nearly a year ago - gone back and bought a bed from him. He sits, listens and cares about his job, isn’t there just to grab you and sell sell sell.
