The range of products available the advice from the salesperson also the fact that we can delay delivery for a few days if required.

On entering the store we were asked if we needed any assistance, we said we did and that we were looking for a bed with storage solutions. The assistant named Steve then spent a great deal of time showing us the different types of storage beds and how they functioned. We also tested different mattresses and Steve again explained the various types of mattress. We finally made our choice of a 4ft 6ins bed and mattress and headboard and also a 4ft bed and mattress and headboard. While processing our order he offered us a drink, and we found the whole shopping experience very satisfactory.
