Stephen who served us was incredible. Professional, experienced, friendly, and considering he was alone in the store, trying to deal with all the customers we still felt really valued and unhurried.

We arrived in the torquay store on Friday evening with a vague idea of what we wanted. The assistant, Stephen, kindly greeted my wife, 5 year old daughter and I and made us aware of the machine that takes measurements to show what kind of mattress we would need. He then showed us the range of suitable mattresses and was was able to answer every question I had. Overall the service was second to none.

Without the manner of Stephen’s service and his knowledge I could confidently say I would not have bought a mattress that day. So, thank you Stephen, your an asset to Dreams.

This was our second visit to our local store and we received much better assistance. This was due to the store being less busy than our first visit. Steve, the floor assistant was brilliant and very attentive throughout our visit. He was very knowledgeable and this helped us to decide with ease.

My Wife and I decided to purchase a new mattress, but were VERY concerned as to the usage of certain types of flame retardant. We fully understand the fire retardant legal requirements, but had decided to buy a mattress with a natural composition, to reduce the possible adverse reactions of some of the highly aggressive retardant compounds. Most however are only available online, which was problematic as regards our differing sleeping positions, my lower back problems, thus needing specific support and indeed the fact that my Wife is both small and light in weight. Therefore it was imperative that we tried the different mattresses that were on offer. We visited Dreams in Torquay and was immediately impressed at the cleanliness, the range of beds and mattresses on offer and more importantly the care and attention given by the staff member who served us (JENNY). We were particularly impressed with the computerised 'sleepmatch' equipment. It is important to note that even when we had chosen a mattress that I favoured, Jenny suggested an alternative mattress that suited my Wife a little better and was comparable to our initial choice. So 5 star service in every respect.
