Stephen who served us was very knowledgable and had excellent customer service skills. I did not feel pushed to buy anything or under pressure which made the experience very enjoyable

The assistant was friendly and advised me, taking in consideration my needs, which products were best but then gave me time and space to make up my own mind.

Assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. Friendly offer us refreshments and not pushy in any way. Made some recommendations on products available of which we purchased other items.

Very happy with the customer service in the Torquay store, they were helpful and assisting. We are still waiting for our beds to be delivered so can’t conment on the quality of the item yet. But overall happy with the service
