Dreams - Torquay

We were welcomed into the store, but left alone to settle before we were approached and offered help. It was so much nicer than being 'pounced on' as we have experienced in other bed outlets; as well as being completely ignored in one! Once we had all of the information we needed, we were not pressured into making a decision, but encouraged to take our time. We were greeted on our return, and felt valued, because the gent who dealt with us remembered us, and what our choices were and helped us make our minds up properly. It felt like good old fashioned 'customer comes first' sales....and we really appreciated it. Even though the transaction didn't take ages, he was very thorough about what would happen next, and when, and we were offered drinks, which was a nice touch, and we felt like VIPs. We were so happy with the service we received that we have been telling everyone who will listen. The gent was called Steve, and he is a real asset to your company. He was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and knows how to sell without pressure...exactly what we needed.

The members of staff were highly knowledgeable and weren't pushy in any way, like you can find in a lot of large stores. It was very relaxing to stay and listen to all the information from Steven about the products we were enquireing and purchasing. Would definately recommend to friends and family. Overall - a very satisfying experience.
