Not sure which mattress to buy, but our lady assistant soon guided us into choosing what was suitable for our needs.

Steve was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He did not try to hurry through the potential sale and explained all the alternatives in detail. We were offered drinks and the whole experience was relaxed and resulted in us placing an order.

The store was open planned and it allowed us to see exactly where to go with areas clearly laid out. We were not pressured into purchasing any items and the sales advisor after speaking to us told us to find him if we wanted further help rather than pressuring us to make a decision. The quality of the products were all really good.

THe assistant Jacob Pike was VERY HELPFUL directed us to suitable products, explained their features and discussed options availible. Jacob left us to try out the beds returning to see if we requires any further info or assiatance. When we made our choice he completed the sale in a friendly professional manner.

The sales man was very informative and not too pushy - friendly and offered coffee!
