Very helpful knowledgeable staff. Jacob Pike spent time to see to our needs but also gave us space to talk amongst ourselves. We purchased on a sale day and was very happy with product.

Greeted at the door and info passed to salesman who was happy to show items in sale and listen to our needs (firm mattress etc) seemed knowledgable. We were always likely to buy but was very quick and helpful

Friendly and helpful store

I had seen the mattress online and read reviews so i knew exactly what i wantes. Online stick check but im a real life person and wanted to sit on it first. So we nipped into our local and with 10 seconds were asked if we need help (i didnt) and within a further 30 seconds we were sat on the mattress i had seen prior. Called over a colleague and were on our way. Item not on stock was the mattress topper we wanted and as we were sold the bed warranty cover if we bought the topper we went for it, only to find we had to pay for the expensive one due to cheaper one not in stock. I argued my case and he dropped the price which is fair. All in all we were in the shop for less than 25mins and left with a mattress in the delivery within 5 days.

I recieved very good help and advice while choosing the product which I bought but was not pressured in any way. The assisstant who helped me was very pleasant and helpful.

Stephen approached us as soon as we entered the store and showed us to the appropriate area of the display. He then quickly identified the product we were interested in and explained the various options for fitting out the item. We were offered coffee and he proceeded to complete the order with efficiency. His manner was attentive throughout, and we found the whole experience straightforward and pleasant. It was good for us that there was a 3 for 2 offer once again. Stephen also answered a query that arose about assembly of the wardrobe on delivery and reassured us that in spite of what the paperwork said, we should not have to build the item ourselves. He was a great salesman and a credit to your company.
