Dreams - Torquay

Well laid out store. Friendly staff member (Steve) who was very knowledgeable and very helpful in assessing what we needed at the right price.

Jacob the assistant was very helpful indeed and guided us through everything

Stephen at the Torquay store was extremely helpful and helped us find exactly what we were after, we were even able to take our mattress home and sleep on it that night

We were informed of all the different types of beds available, the prices, the extras (headboard, setting up new bed and removing and recycling old bed) and all questions were answered satisfactorily. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

Jacob offered good advice. He was able to pin point what I was after

Friendly professional service

We knew what we needed, and the sales member Steve's product knowledge was first class. We were advised of our customer rights, no sales pressure was applied. We were offered a range of accessories on offer.

We were greeted on arrival, shown the layout of the store, asked if we wanted immediate assistance or a few minutes to browse alone - all very good. As soon as we looked up to get attention the assistant was there and ready to help. An extremely pleasant and knowledgeable person, good at build on sales but without being pushy. We left the store with our two divans, two mattresses, 3 mattress protectors, four pillows, one sleep app and not a partridge in sight.

Elizabeth was a pleasure to meet and offered help and advice without being off putting or intrusive whilst we were browsing. Her approach was relaxed and friendly and we both felt comfortable with her knowledge and choice of beds to look at after finding out what we were looking for. I had already decided not to buy anywhere else but Dreams as I was born in Beaconsfield and Dreams Head Office is in High Wycombe. We did not feel at all pressured by Elizabeth and made our decision to buy there and then. Elizabeth was efficient, polite and gave us a first class experience. We left feeling happy and excited about our dream bed coming at the end of January.
