The assistant was very friendly and knowledgable and allowed us to go around the store at our own pace and on our own without hounding us, but was on hand when we had some questions. We were with our 3 month old son and he understood our need to be quick so processed the purchase efficiently.

The staff were very very helpful and listen to what we required hence us buying from you.

Upon arriving at your Torquay store I was greeted by Steve who was very polite and courteous throughout my time in the store. I have previously bought beds and mattresses from your stores but unfortunately they have not come up to their expectations. I feel that with the assistance that I received from Steve that I will have found my dream bed. He accompanied me throughout the visit carrying the pillows that my head felt comfortable on whilst trying out several mattresses.

Steve was great he understood the problems I'm having. Only surviving on 3 hour's sleep. I spent a good 2hours in the store trying bed's and pillows. Was offered a cuppa and felt so welcome. It was a dream trying out the beds and all the pillows for my head.

Stephen was very polite and courteous very knowledgeable of the products and dealt with the transaction very professionally.

Steve greated me at the door, and I informed him of my needs, he showed me four different products and made me a cup of tea as I was still deciding. I am happy with the people and the product, but the delivery date of the 4th February is a bit long.

Found the right product easily after discussing with the sales assistant. I dont particularly like spending lots of time in-store so it worked well for me.
