Really helpful service very efficient salesman offered a drink too very nice

The sales assistant, Elizabeth was very helpful, didn't rush is and took time to explain everything to us.

We were never ment to go into Dreams, we were there to go to the shop next door. Steve was very friendly and extremely knowlagable, due to this we ended up purchasing something that we wish we bought years ago. We were lost when we walked in and left knowing everything about the products you sell. Steve was not pushy or sell, sell, sell he listened and made us feel very comfortable. He was fantastic and is an asset to the company.

Giles was very friendly, efficient and knowledgable

I think the girls name was Elizabeth - very good with our son, very patient answering all queries. Very well presented as well

Staff member very helpful,gave us time to try beds,was knowledgeable about items and made us feel comfortable.

I had received excellent service when I bought a bed at Dreams two years ag,o so that is why I returned when I wanted to buy my son a bed. Jacob showed great patience and knowledge whilst explaining the types of beds and mattresses on offer.

The salesman did not pressurise, he listened to my requirements and was informative.
