From entering the store, I was very impressed by the service. I was not rushed or over loaded wih information. The gentlemen who served me was polite, professional & very helpful with out being pushy.

The representative was informative covered my questions and we did not feel pressurised, relaxed.

Elizebeth was professional and efficient, the information was clearly laid out.

We had a problem what to ask for when visiting the store, we explained that we both were Suffering from Arthritis in the hips and did not know what type of mattress we should buy for comfort. We were very pleased with the help we received from Steve and decided to purchase two singles to be delivered ASAP.

We were greeted by Steve my wife is allergic to latex Steve told us all the mattress to avoid and the ones suitable very helpful excellent service

Only 1 member of staff was available, that wasn't a problem, I was the only customer, but it concerned me that just one person, and at that a women, should not have company, but apart from that she was most helpful talking through the options and allowing me time (and a cuppa) to consider what I wanted to do. Ideally I would like to have tested the bed before purchase, but the 30/40 day period (from delivery) allows for that, except that one is the required to purchase something if an exchange is made. The store was clean and tidy and a pleasant atmosphere.

I was warmly greeted by Magnus as soon as I walked into the store. He offered me a drink and showed me the items I wished to purchase explaining what different colours and materials they came in. When I laid on a mattress to try out I was offered a pillow to rest my head on. Both sales assistants were very friendly and helpful.

Got what we came for at a good price

We were warmly welcomed on our arrival to store which I attended with my 9 year old autistic son - as you can imagine bed shopping is not something we experience regularly so I was concerned how my son would cope! However the staff were welcoming and allowed my son to take his time selecting a mattress that would meet his needs not worrying when he tried the same bed several times and went off on a tangent when he saw the interstates television beds. We happily purchased a bed and base with the help of a local charity and the purchasing process was quick and easy.
