Paul who served us on Tuesday 5th March knew his stuff about our previous bed & mattress that we purchased just over 5 years ago even though he was from another store. I explained that I do not sleep very well due to a very painful right arm & lower back pain. Paul showed us the range of hypnos & Harrison spinks that would suit our needs. When we set out we were only looking but there was a 20% off on the Harrison spinks range which is what we chose with the help from Paul.

Greeting by a friendly & helpful member of staff called Stephen. We explained we needed a new mattress & were shown about 6 different types. We were able to have a lay on them & try them out with a decent pillow. Stephen explained the differences between all the mattresses & we had plenty of time to decide which one suited us. We were offered a drink which was very nice. When we went over to confirm our order everything was explained in terms of paying the interest free payments & cover for the mattress. The process didn’t take very long & we were very happy when we were told it would be delivered in 6 days. Overall Stephen was very good & we were very pleased with the experience we had in the store.
