Assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Made our children feel very welcome and even gave our little boy a hot chocolate. Very happy with overall experience.

Steve served me in the Torquay store he was so helpful spent lots of time going through different mattress with me nothing was to much trouble he was a pleasure to deal with .The bed arrived on time and the delivery drivers were friendly and helpful .the whole experience from start to finish was brilliant plus I had the best night's sleep I have had in years.

I ran out if time to visit store and take advantage of sale so rang order through , where i had great help from the gentleman at the Torquay store . Very efficient and friendly . I then recieved updates on the arrival ofmy goods and time slot , which was kept and delivered and assembled by two polite and considerate men (on a wet day they remkved their shoes) all in all ‘dreams’ can come true !!

Myself and my wife went into the Torquay store after our bed frame had broken, Jacob was friendly, informative and very helpful and honest with advising towards buying a new bed & mattress, even though we found a slightly cheaper deal elsewhere, we wanted to go back and see Jacob and pay the extra for the service we had received.
