Steve was helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. He understood exactly what I was looking for and took time to show me the product in the showroom. I think a salesperson like Steve is an asset to your store. I had previously been into benson for beds and walked out due to the uncomfortable way the salesperson made me feel. They also didn’t have the range of products that dreams do. Well done dreams!

It was the local store in Torquay, the sales rep name was Steve (Stephen). The minute we walked in, he said hello to us and offered us a drink, he asked us if we wanted to try a swanky gadget that would tell us the best mattress. (We only went in to store looking for a mattress, but ended up purchasing a new bed) Once that was done, he walked us round the store and showed us the best options for us, he also thoughtfully offered us pillows to put under our heads when we were testing the beds. He wasn’t pushy and he answered any questions we had. We went home to measure up and was back buying a new bed. From start to finish he was outstanding, I couldn’t fault him and he made sure every question was answered. He’s an absolute credit to your company and deserves the recognition he deserves. Thanks to him, our experience was amazing. Thank you to Dreams and especially thank you to Steve. Absolute credit to you.

Steve (Stephen) was very knowledgeable and this is something which sadly appears to be very hard to come by in high street retail. Aside from his clear depth of knowledge in this field, he was very relatable and easy to approach. In addition to this his easy laid back calm none pushy approach, he is clearly a very good salesperson as we only wanted a mattress topper but left with a order for a Tempur matress, new pillows and bedding etc. However we felt it was the right thing to do and wasn’t just a fix to our problem but a genuine solution.
