Magnus took the time to listen to my requirements first. When he had a picture of my needs he took me through all my options. At no time was I given the hard sell and felt my time and opinion was valued.

We were offered coffee and offered sleepmatch as we were unsure whether we needed firm mattress, or medium. We received free pillows and were greeted by Elizabeth who helped us make a choose from the mattresses on offer.

Elizabeth at Torquay Dreams couldn't have been better at selling beds. My husband of 74 has a bad back and she treated his slowness with patience , time and knowledge. She deserves a promotion and payrise!! Will certainly do other bed mattresses there later on!! Very very happy with her work service

From the very warm welcome on arrival to offering us a drink and making the kids feel involved! Stephen the sales man was excellent! We knew what we wanted and Stephen was great at listening to what we needed and giving us many options! He was honest and friendly and helped us make the right decision! We are super excited about our new bed and mattress we purchased today and am confident it’s going to be perfect! Thank you

Magnus was very helpful but also allowed us space to discuss our purchase privately and time to consider if the product was right for us. Good product knowledge and personable. The initial computerised assessment was useful too.
