Dreams - Torquay

We looked at a number of beds and had no idea what we where looking for .We tried the Dreams sleep tec bed which gave Steve the sales assistance a better idea what we where looking for .

It was a lovely experience. Not only good salespeople, namely Dudley, with knowledge and not pushy, but fun too. I laughed a great deal while choosing my mattress, and left happy with a smile on my face.

Very useful guidance from staff, who were not too pushy about getting sale, Good choice of high quality beds and mattresses at competitive prices, with no interest finance options.

Steve was very informative and helpful but gave us sufficient time to consider all the information before we decided on our purchase.

The young man who dealt with us was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He lead us through what beds would be suitable after using the bed testing machine and talked us through costs. At the time of purchase he confirmed all details and the whole experience was a pleasant one.

We had no idea of what we were looking for and needing in a mattress. The sales person Steve was knowledgeable and helpful on all the products. He took time and care in catering for our needs. Carefully asking questions about our health and sleep patterns. Assessing our response to trying out different mattresses and I even had a hot chocolate while we sorted out the paperwork.

We went to dreams to look for a new bed and mattress because we have had our old one for over 10 years. We were greeted very nicely by Steve. He asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for, and explained to us where the different types of bed were situated. He the left us alone to browse at our leisure. Steve later invited us to use a machine that would tell us what type of mattress we should be looking for. He then showed us around that type of mattress, telling us about each and every one in detail, which we liked. We did go above our budget unfortunately on this visit, but due to the knowledge and detail show by Steve we felt it was only right to buy the products that were best for ourselves. We were offered drinks throughout, which was nice especially with taking the children there. The only downside was the matching ottoman is currently not available, but should be back in sock for when our new bed arrives. We are highly impressed with the service that we received from start to finish on this visit.

Elizebeth was extremely helpful during our visit along with good product knowledge she was the ideal assistant to discuss our needs.
