The assistant was knowledgeable and helpful and the beds we tried were comfortable

Greeted well when entering store with no sense of pressure selling. We were offered drinks when we started inquiries for available products . Discounts that were available on pillows which were helpfully brought to our attention.

Went into dreams on a Saturday afternoon and met MAGNUS who was more than happy to help me chose a mattress and bedframe. He took the time to explain the mattress to me before suggesting I trialled the sleep match where it provided the suggestions for which suited me. After a little conversation we decided to go for one of the suggested ones. Magnus offered myself a drink whilst he sorted some paperwork, also offered me some pillows as well as a mattress cover. He made the whole process easily and less scary than I imagined and would definitely recommend.
