Very friendly staff couldn't do more for me on my visit very knowledgeable on my product that I bought Stephen was great even put the pillow on the bed so I knew what it would feel like and made me feel at ease would definitely recommend dreams to friends and family very happy with the service today

As soon as I walked in, the store man Steve, was welcoming , friendly, informative, non pushy at all, new what he was talking about, took all the time it needed to make my choice, I bought my last mattress many yrs ago from dreams, and would return again in the future.

Jacob was very friendly and helpful. Made sure we were able to try all types of mattresses and pillows.

Good service, layout and range of product choice

I am terminally ill and have to wear a mask and due to chemotherapy i stutter so shopping is not always easy. The assistant was utterly brilliant, didn't mention the mask or ask why i was wearing it. He was really friendly and greeted us before asking if he could help us with anything. He listened and offered us a scan on the mattress scanning machine after offering us a drink. The machine was brilliant and we would have chosen a less suitable mattress had it not identified the correct choice of firmness for us both. The assistant then took us through all the choices and we never felt pressured once, he gave us loads of information and listened to us very patiently answering all our questions. We were offered pillows on each bed we tried and further drinks after we had chosen the right mattress for us. The ordering process was easy and we also chose some pillows that were on offer if you bought a mattress. What a great bloke and made us feel valued. Really great experience especially considering the circumstances.
