I came in looking for a reasonably priced double bed and was given great assistance by worker Steve in Torquay's 'The Willows'. Trying out a bed tester machine, offered drinks, shown the bed reasonably priced beds in my budget rate, and promoting offers very well. Overall pleasant experience and would go again in the future. Now I have a double bed and can be closer to my fiance.

We bought our mattress from Dreams in Torquay and Steve who served us was VERY knolegable of every question we asked. Highly satisfied with everthing and would definitly recomend this store to family and friends xx

First visit just browsing Jacob was very helpful in explaining what was available for my needs,left us for a short time to talk about it, then returned to see if he could help some more,very pleasant assistant. Second visit Steve was also very helpful and managed to secure a perch ace in Jacobs absence. Service was excellent a big Thankyou .

A very friendly and approachable sales person, Dudley. The perfect balance of professional, sales, knowledge and giving time to make decisions without being pushy.

The store representative was polite and knew his product. The sale wasn't rushed and we were given the opportunity and encouraged to try various items being purchased. He invited us to use a machine that determined the nature of mattress required for us. He offered us coffee and was pleasant throughout.
