Very friendly staff and a good knowledge of the products and patience to show me all the options that may have suited my needs

Our assistant Stephen was very affable and approachable. His knowledge of the products was excellent and we felt we had a good outcome dealing with him.

Had enough time to look ourselves without being hounded by sales staff. We were approached in a friendly Manor by a staff member asking if we needed help, she answered some of out questions and offered some advice, giving us pillows to try with the beds too

From the moment I walked in the service was amazing. Friendly staff and the knowledge of products was impeccable. It was the first time I had ever shopped for a bed and mattress and my experience was made easy and stress free. My budgeting was accounted for so i was able I try out many different products which made my decision easy as I was able to test different beds.

We didn't have to wait long for an assistant to ask if we needed any help. Assistant was very informative about the products we looked at which helped us to make our decision about our purchase. We were offered insurance cover and old mattress removal options along with the offer of a bottled water. We were given a choice of delivery dates. Assistant was very polite, helpful and professional.

Our advisor took his time showing us our different options. Explaining the difference between them all. Not a long wait time for delivery. Overall experience was very satisfying.

Very helpful assistant, not pushy but knowledgeable and helpful. Was happy to let me try multiple mattresses, did not feel rushed. Took time to show me the various options.
