Stephen was very helpful and friendly from the start. We got a great "measurement " done by the machine and then received options of mattresses to try out and choose from. And then there was a discount on the mattress we chose. All s good experience

Very polite staff, clean store, children made welcome, offered refreshments, extra protection cover explained but not forced. Really pleasant experience.
