Dudley was very informative, friendly and helpful. Making it easy to make a purchasing decision.

The assistant Steve was knowledgable, made us feel that he cared about us buying the right product for us. He was extremely patient and didn't make us feel like he was pushing us to buy the most expensive to get a sale. he also made us both a lovely coffee which was really nice

We got what we wanted

Been looking for a new bed for a while , Dreams had the exact bed I wanted for a great price . The salesman was really helpful without being pushy ( I hate pushy sales people ). The customer service was commendable, something you don’t always get ,

Both Elizabeth and Steve were friendly and courteous made us feel welcome.

We only went in to purchase a matress but the sales man Stephen told us the importance of good pillows as well and we ended up buying the whole package

Steve was quick to come to our assistance when entering the store. He was very helpful and imformative, and was a delight. A great asset to the team.

We were very happy with our visit to Dreams as we were allowed to take our dogs in store , so we had more time to decide & discuss our needs... Very helpful...
