Sales staff were polite and friendly as well as knowledgeable, the range of products was extensive as were the pricing options

The sales assistant was very good polite and friendly. Helpful and allowed time to try products out.

We went into the Torquay store today to be greeted by Stephen. When we walked in the door we felt welcomed but not pressured. Steve asked us if we knew what we were looking for or if we needed any help. Steve was very informative and answered any questions we had. He directed us to the style of bed we were looking for, showed us how the ottoman bed and drawer bed worked and answered all the questions we had about them. Steve was very accommodating, offered us a seat and a drink before we started. Everything he did, he told us why he was doing it and what it was. There was a delay in getting a “decision” for finance. Steve then apologised to us and proceeded to ring the company to get an answer to prevent us waiting. Of course we didn’t mind waiting as we felt very welcome. We got a decision through, we were luckily accepted. Steve had also told us about the insurance we could get on the bed as well as the delivery and the assembly Offered. We took up all of the add ons as we need the bed to be assembled. From start to finish, Steve went above and beyond with his customer service and we couldn’t be happier!

Very friendly staff felt very welcomed and Elizabeth was really good and she made me feel at ease as I suffer from mental health so was nice to feel relaxed

Very satisfied with the service given to us by ELIZABETH as she was not "Pushey" in anyway and after explaining to us all about the product we wanted, left us alone to think about it.
