Excellent service from Stephen. Very knowledgeable and showed us a selection of mattresses to suit out requirements No heavy sales pitch, just information to help us make an informed decision

Sales person was very knowledgeable. We were treated very well and our requirements were totally met. This is our first experience of Dreams and we would totally recommend it to our friends and family. We had just come from Benson for Beds across the road, but the service we received at Dreams was so much better. The sales person (Stephen) was not pushy but helped us make our decision easily.

Assistant Steve very helpful knew his product and was very able to assist us in choosing the correct bed for us,not made to feel rushed into a purchase ,given time to look at different options was like talking to someone we had known for a long time ,very good service not one thing I would change about my shopping experience.

Stephen was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He explained the types of adjustable beds and mattresses to suit these beds. He was not at all “ pushy “ and we felt very comfortable dealing with Stephen. While completing the paperwork, which was explained to us fully, we were offered refreshments which was welcomed.

The female assistant was so helpful and supportive and the morning after I decided the colour would not match in my room she happily recommended alternatives and changed the order with no issues.
