We were greeted in a friendly way and the colleague took time to explain our options in clear language. We did not feel under pressure at any time and we got the impression that he actually enjoyed spending time with us and doing his job well. This is not the first time I have bought a bed from Dreams. When walking in store a young man Jacob was hoovering the shop and instantly stopped to assist me and my wife and made the whole thing a very good shopping experience and he wasn’t to pushy and didn’t just try to sell the most expensive bed in the shop and even explained that you could take the old mattresses away and he also explained that we could get the beds we ordered built up for us all in all an amazing bed for an amazing price and incredible service from Jacob

Stephen who assisted us was friendly, not pushy and was very helpful. He did not make us feel that we were taking too long. We tried many beds and returned the following week. He appeared to remember us (even tho he may not have done) and made us feel valued and not just customers. We really liked the simulation thing- great fun and useful.

Stephen helped us as soon as we walked in, he showed us to the machine that scans your body and offered us a good range of mattresses. He explained each one to us then let us walk around and look. He offered us a hot drink. He was very friendly and thorough.

Clean, bright store. Nicely laid out with excellent choice of beds etc. Steve was brilliant, excellent knowledge, nothing too much trouble & explained everything in good detail.

From arrival Steve helped with all our needs and showed us all options and comfort options ! We were offered coffee . Steve was very friendly and had a very good customer etiquette, sense of humour is always a relaxing quality when spending a good amount of money and was very upfront and honest about popularity and price difference and reasons for the higher prices
