Sales assistant Stephen Clowes showed knowledge of products and pointed us in the right direction for choosing the bed.

Dudley, the Assistant was absolutely first class in every way. He was polite, patient, helpful and very knowledgeable about the mattresses. It was overall a very positive experience. He helped me to choose just the right product which was a worry to me as I have had a serious accident, breaking my pelvis and leaving me with a very painful back. He was reassuring and compassionate about my accident.He was also helpful without being intrusive.

The service we were given by Stephen at the Torquay store was exemplary. He explained everything, put us on the mattress machine, and successfully upsold additional products by carefully listening to our needs. He was very impressive and professional. Gave us coffee (always good!), was a very good salesman with excellent product knowledge. Only complaint was that price labelling was ambiguous as Ottoman was £300 extra to basic price but looked like the total price was £300. Would have been clearer if showed £600 and not £300+.

Steve was extremely helpful and listened to our needs. He delivered exactly the service and product we were looking for.

DUDLEY WAS EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS WE REQUIRED. COMPUTER SYSTEM WENT DOWN FOR A BRIEF PERIOD DUE TO WEATHER AS WAS THE CASE ELSEWHERE ALSO AND HIM AND HIS COLLEAGUE WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL IN THIS TIME. OUR CHILDREN WERE ALSO CONSIDERED WHILST WE WERE SORTING OUT THE DETAILS.
