Steve was great! We never really been bed shopping and it was nice how he Introudced himself then stopped back and wasn’t pushy! It made us want to stay longer and buy a bed. Steve was helpful and gave a plenty of time to discuss and we didn’t feel pressured at all. Would 100% go back

I went for a new mattress. It can be overwhlelming to be faced with such a huge choice. The assistant was really helpful at explaining the differences and encouraging me to lie down on each. I went in for a Black Friday bargain and came out having bought one of the most expensive mattresses in the store!!!!

We visited Dreams on two occasions over the last couple of weeks. We were looking for a whole new set up, bed, mattress, duvet, pillows, protectors ect. On the first trip to Dreams, shortly after entering the store we were greeted by Steve/Stephen who asked if we would like to try the Sleepmatch bed. We did so, it was really helpful to narrow down our mattress choices. Steve took us through the choices and gave us plenty of time to try out each mattress. We were also offered hot drinks. We were left to discuss out options and decided on the more expensive mattress choice. We said we would come back the following week to place our order. Having looked at beds online we had narrowed down the choice to a select few to look at in store. When we returned for the second visit, Steve greeted us again and remembered what we had discussed before. Again, we tried the mattresses and Steve took us through the bed, duvet and pillow options. Again we were offered drinks and biscuits while we went through the paperwork and finance process. Steve was fabulous through the whole process, very friendly and knowledgeable and make the process easy without being push at all! Thanks Steve the star!
