All of the staff were very attentive & polite. Elizebeth served us & she checked on us to make sure we were ok & didn’t require assistance & then she let us be making our decision. We had already previously visited the store to find out which mattress & frame we wanted so this was just to double check & make our purchase today.

The sales person his self was very good and very helpful but the store was really busy and all members of staff was really busy so I went to talk to a man in a white shirt on his laptop on the table next to the desk area (I knew he worked for the company because he was telling one of the guys everything about the sales going on) but when I approached him and asked him for abit of advise on the Barton mattress but as soon as I asked him one question he didn’t even answer me back or talk to me at all he got off his laptop and walked over to and man on the computer with a couple buying a bed and started to talk over the couple and said when your finished here go and help that couple with I thought was very rude and unprofessional

When we asked if someone could help us a person was found very quickly to assist. His name was Dudley and he was very helpful in assisting us to find a suitable mattress for our needs.

The service was second to none. Our salesman Dudley was pleasant and helpful. He was happy to spend time discussing the various mattresses and encouraged me to lie the bed which analyses your sleep positions before showing me the relevant mattresses. When I sat down to buy the mattress I was offered a cup of coffee this did actually happen several times whilst I was deciding.

Steve the salesman who approached us shortly after we entered the store was helpful and friendly from the start all the way through to final purchase transaction. He explained options clearly and took time to listen to our requests. Great customer service all round.

Assistance was offered but not forced upon us. The assistant was knowledgeable. The offer of refreshment was a great touch and much appreciated. The assistant included our disabled son throughout the sale. Altogether a very pleasant shopping experience which you don't find in every retail outlet these days.

We went in with a rough idea about what we wanted, but had no idea where to start. We were immediately greeted and offered the Sleep match, while we did that we had coffee offered. We tried all the mattresses from the results, got confused, retried most of them several times, made a decision and retried the mattress again. We were offered 3 different pillows to try, and both settled on the same pillow. We also decided that the insurance was worth the money, and that we needed our old mattress taken away. Didn't feel like a hard sell, and feel happy with the conclusion.

Helpful knowledgeable staff member Elizabeth guided us through our purchase without being pushy. Showed us several options and explained the differences in each. Gave us time to discuss and think about purchase as this was a lot more than we were expecting to spend. Hopefully quality will be worth it over time. Would definitely recommend this store
