Member of staff Stephen was extremely helpful in guiding me through my purchase and was also very friendly while doing it.

We couldn't have been more looked after. It's quite daunting going into a place lime this, but our server, sorry I have forgotten his name but he was great. I really would recommend.

We went in on 2 consecutive days and both times was served by Stephen. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process of ordering our mattress was quick and easy.

On arrival I was greeted by Stephen who asked if I needed any assistance and discussed trying out the digital bed assistant to see what mattress worked for me. He wasn't pushy and I felt happy to receive his assistance. He directed me to suitable and recommended mattresses but took the time to explain what the other ones were like and the difference between the one I currently had and my preferred mattress in store. He then explained the base and head board set up and allowed me time to browse around the store find options I liked and pop over to answer questions at regular intervals and check in. I didn't expect to buy a bed in the first store I visited but it was a great and easy experience which made what I thought was going to be a really stressful process quite enjoyable. Stephen has great customer service skills and his laid back approach definitely won me over. Would be happy to visit again for further bed and mattress needs as well as recommending to friends.

I was given an experience on the machine which gives you an idea what mattress I should go for. Stephen was very knowledgeable and very helpful. All social distancing was adhered to and the sale went very smoothly. I was totally satisfied with the service I was given.

The salesman what very knowledgeable, not pushy and gave us plenty of options and information to help us make our decision. We used the special machine that told us what type of mattress to get and the salesperson immediately showed us all available

Stephen at the store was very knowledgeable and helpful and at no time did we feel pressurised to purchase. A very satisfying shopping experience.

Colleague took the time to make sure I ordered the perfect bed for me. He gave me different mattresses to choose from but not too many to be confusing.
