From the moment we entered the store to the moment we left we were extremely happy with the whole experience, everything was explained clearly and very professionally, It was a Dream shopping at Dreams

Jade was brilliant. Helped us choose the right matress. Very knowledgeable and friendly without being too pushy. We were only supposed to be looking but ended up buying

Because of health problems I was offered the sleep Machine, which proved very helpful, as I would/t have known which mattress to have gone for, Claire was very helpful and guided me through the mattresses that the machine had come up with, after deciding about this I then picked out the colour and the base I wanted. I was offered a hot or cold drink, at the same time I felt very comfortable and relaxed during this purchase, I dreaded the thought of having to try loads of beds as I tire easily . But I felt very at home and relaxed after my purchase and I can/t wait to get my new bed
