Explained what I wanted, your collegue was understanding asked a few more questions used the computer bed to confirm my needs, worked with me as I had a budget and completed the ssle with no problems

The young man whom we dealt with really understood my medical condition. He didn't try to sway us away from what we or I said the type of mattress that I needed for my medical condition. TOP MARKS TO HIM

Gail explained the benefit of the posture assessment machine which we did. We then said what we were looking for and Gail did not waste our time showing us anything that we would reject. We did not make the decision immediately as there are other stores at the same site we wanted to visit. Having done more research that evening we returned the next morning the check the mattress again. Gail was on duty and after a bit more discussion we chose to place an order. The order process was very simple and Gail was assisted by a young gentleman trainee who has clearly learnt what he has been taught thus far and pre-empted the necessary paperwork. Excellent all round.

The staff members took their time to ensure that we got the service that is required. They were kind, polite, respectful and knowledgeable.

The assistant was very welcoming and friendly. He took time to understand our needs and his comprehensive product knowledge ensured that we felt we were purchasing the correct product for our requirements
